The Duchess of Sussex opened about her suicidal thoughts during her time in the Royal Family in an interview with Oprah Winfrey aired on Sunday evening. Meghan said she got to the stage where she “just didn’t want to be alive anymore.”

Piers Morgan said during Monday’s program: “I’m sorry, I don’t believe a word she says.

“I wouldn’t believe her if she read me a weather report.”

Earlier on Tuesday, The British Royal Family in response to Meghan and Harry’s explosive interview with Oprah published a press release stating that the whole family was saddened to learn the full extent of Meghan’s suffering while in the institution.
