A spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex confirmed that Archie is going to be a big brother.
The couple announced on Valentine’s day, following the antecedent of Princess Diana who announced on a day before Valentine’s day that she was pregnant with Prince Harry in 1984.
Meghan and Harry are “overjoyed.” Spokesperson said.
A picture released that shows a happy couple, was captured by Meghan’s old-time friend Misan Harriman through the lens of his iPad remotely from London. Harriman met and connected with Meghan years ago at a charity event – he also attended their wedding back in 2018.
“With the tree of life behind them and the garden representing fertility, life, and moving forward, they didn’t need any direction, because they are, and always have been, waltzing through life together as absolute soulmates. When you see people, who have the connection that they have, it’s like reading the pages of a book. To be asked to help share this absolute joy after such an unimaginable loss and heartache is a marker of true friendship. Meg reminded me that had I not introduced her to a mutual friend then she wouldn’t have met Harry. I’m grateful for whatever small part I played.” Misan Harriman said.
Misan Harriman is a Nigerian-born British photographer, entrepreneur, and social activist. As well as being one of the most widely shared photographers of the Black Lives Matter movement, Harriman is the first black man to shoot a cover of British Vogue in the magazine’s 104-year history.
The portrait shows Meghan wearing a Carolina Herrera dress.
It was reported that the Royal family had been informed before the Duke and Duchess made public that they are pregnant.
